The Mamdani Signal is an experimental civic media prototype. By using it, you agree to use it for lawful, good-faith civic discovery and not as an emergency or official reporting system.

Acceptable Use

Do not submit spam, scams, harassment, private personal information, explicit content, graphic violence, or misleading reports. Public civic issues should point to streets, intersections, public facilities, or other non-private locations.

Source Content

TikTok posts remain hosted by TikTok and controlled by their original creators. The app stores and displays only limited public metadata and links needed to organize civic Signals.

Moderation

Submissions and reports may be rejected, quarantined, merged, or corrected. Scanner decisions are explainable but not guaranteed to be complete or accurate.

The prototype is provided as-is. It may contain inaccurate data, incomplete moderation, unavailable links, or changing behavior while the product is being built.
